The hotel offers 261 suites of single, double and three-roomed configurations. At the gateway passage to the Dubai Marina, the property is set within the most glorious lifestyle and stylish districts of Dubai – just a stone's throw away from Dubai Media and Internet Cities. The large suites of the hotel present luxury fittings, individual lounge and dining room areas. From the suites, guests are also assured amazing views of the Dubai Marina,  the Palm Islands or the Gulf. In its Restaurant ideas, the hotel presents latest and fresh concepts, from its deli-style Counter Culture restaurant to the Mediterranean-style restaurant. The Timeless Spa of Emirates is an addition that received appreciation from leisure as well as corporate visitors. Emirates Hotels & Resort's Vice President, Tony Williams stressed the importance of the new property as another input by Emirates towards meeting Dubai Government's vision of changing the city into one of the major business as well as tourist centres of the world.
